  1. I have uploaded the new version of the CHAT utility (DL11).
  2. If you had trouble downloading this file the first time, try again.
  3. This version of CHATTER was compiled 01/27/88.  I have tried to correct
  4. a few bugs that have been pointed out to me by other users.  I would
  5. appreciate your input on any problems that occur during its use.  I am
  6. especially interested in random characters that appear occasionally
  7. during the entering of a line of text.  This problems seems to be related
